About

The best next step is usually already in the room.

I genuinely care whether the people I work with find joy in what they’re building. That’s really what this comes down to.

I owe everything I bring to this work to God. The discernment, the opportunities, the lessons learned. None of it is my own doing. I’m just someone who pays attention, asks questions, and shows up fully for the people in front of me.

I’ve built businesses, navigated a partnership, gone through an exit, and spent years on executive leadership teams. I’ve been on both sides of hard decisions. And somewhere along the way I discovered that my greatest value isn’t what I know. It’s what I can help others see.

I’m an encourager by nature. When a friend tells me they’re going on vacation I get genuinely excited for them. When someone I care about wins, I celebrate with them. That’s what brings me joy.

I married my high school sweetheart. We actually carpooled to grade school. Our families even moved to the same town on the same weekend in 1993. Nobody planned that. I have three kids and love them with my whole heart.

When I’m not working I’m probably fishing, snowboarding when I can get out, hunting down a great cup of coffee, or doing something with my hands. I love fixing things. I have a lot of tools and I take real satisfaction in finding a problem and working out my own solution. I think that’s true in business too.

I don’t have all the answers. I’ve never pretended to. But I know how to ask the right questions, listen harder than most, and help people find what’s already there.

Faith in God is the only source of true fulfillment in life. Everything else flows from that.

Let’s talk about what you’re actually working on.
